Sacked Today? #AVFC

May 14, 2012

Well the Mail are reporting that he is going to get the boot at some point today. Please God let it be true and this nightmare can be over!

Until I see it confirmed on the official site I will not believe it!

Even he felt the axe is coming, so he used the post-game statement yesterday to vent his frustration and cluelessness on the players, with comments that “they can’t pass a ball across 10 yards” and similar. And last week he came out saying that he was taking the pressure off players’ shoulders. What a hypocrite…
    Keeping fingers crossed for today!

There’s a great thread on vitalvilla with all the ‘records’ he’s broken this season – shocking!

It was always doomed to fail. What also needs looking at is who actually appointed this clown? Paul Faulkner?

On the official site today it stated Mr Lerner was coming at VP within the next 24hrs to work on who will be our new manager. I don’t want LAMBERT but I guess I may be in a seriously minority on that one lads..I still don’t rate him as highly as ROBERTO MARTINEZ or BRENDAN RODGERS,,iF BOTH THOSE MEN ARE NOT WILLING TO COME TO vp THEN IT’S THEIR LOSS. i WOULD PLUMP for GUS POYET instead then..I want a manager who values technique azbove all other things in the game and any of the 3 men I’ve mentioned will do the job very well given time and fans patience..I want BRENDAN RODGERS as the next manager of ASTON VILLA FC…PLEASE!!! Mr Lerner go after Brendan Rodgers FOR US SUFFERING FANS….please!!! I really hope all Villans can see the benefits of having RODGERS as our next boss. Martinez is looking for a bigger job me thinks and we have seen the links with Liverpool already but I still say we can offer him a better future simply because our academy is so much further along than any other clubs academy atm in time. We have won the southern Lge title 4 of the last 5yrs and not manay clubs can say that ,can they? Whatever happens I truyl hope it’s a young manager with the hunger to make us a top top club again. If it is to be PAUL LAMBERT THEN i LIKE MOST OF THE FANS WILL GET BEHIND THE MAN. hE’S A WINNER AND i DO BELIEVE HE WILL EMPART THAT KNOWLEDGE TO OUR YOUG PLAYERS IN THE FUTURE.

i’M AS USUAL RABBITING AGAIN AND i APOLOGISE PROFUSELY FOR IT BUT THIS IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST DECISIONS OF OUR FUTURE AS A CLUB. i SINCERELY HOPE AND RELUCTANTLY PRAY IT GOES WELL FOR THE MAN COMING IN. i WOULD ASK EVERY FAN TO BACK THE CLUB IF WE CAN GET ANY OF THE 3/4 MEN i MENTIONED. i KNOW WE WILL ALL HAVE OUR OWN PREFERENCES AS TO WHO SHOULD BE OUR NEW MANAGER BUT ONCE HE’S GOOD ENOUGH TO GET THE TEAM PLAYING POSSESSION FOOTBALL AND WINNING GAMES IN ANY GROUND WHETHER IT BE Old Trafford, City, Arsenal, Anfield, chelsea, etc..etc..then it will be a huge step forward. We cannot afford to stand still in this Lge and a manager like BRENDAN RODGERS or ROBERTO MARTINEZ would be a better bet for me personally. I hope we get either RODGERS, MARTINEZ or POYET..THEY ARE MY CHOICES as next AVFC manager..As I’ve said many, many times in the last year each of theose 3 men value the technical player above all others..That can only be good for our club. We have some really good technical players at VP but mon, GH or AM didn’t play the style of football that showed it in it’s best light for my recollection…I really want our next manager to be either BRENDAN RODGERS or ROBERTO MARTINEZ simply because of their possession style of football..

At least we cannot get any worse than the fool that had just been ahown the door by LERNER. i WOULD LOVE TO KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY HE GOT TO WALK AWAY-McLeish I mean….;£££££££

Thanks again for all your hard work my friend even though you had been abused from a great height all season by other Villans..It must have been awful at times but you stood strong and I credit you immensily for your bravery man..good luck to you in the future dude whatever you decide to do with your time..U are an insporation to all Vilans who thought the y had no voice in this mess. You showed us all that we had..I will never forget the work you put into getting McLeish out of Villa Park….I hope to meet with U sometime at Villa Parl and buy U a gallon or 2 of your favourite beer…that’s a promise my friend!!!

apologies for some of my spelling on an earlier post my friend..I had a good drink to celebrate Eck’s leaving VP but I am all ove rthe shop this morning..My head’s spinning atm..I cannot type to save my life..I hope we gfet the right manager in now( BRENDAN RODGERS) ..LMAO…YEP! i WANT rodgers as our next manager at VP..He will tunr us inot a top class winning club again who also play a brand of football that BARCA would be jealous of one day in the future..Longterm vision is needeed now my friend..I’ve spouted this same message all yr and my minfds not for changin now either..Good luck mate and I hope your summer hols bring U every joy U want from it..UP THE VILLA!!!

P,S i HAVEN’T HAD A DRINK FOR 10YRS SO u CAN IMAGINE THE STATE I’M IN RIGHT NOW, EH? AHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA! i/M ALL OVER THE PLACE..mY LEGS ARE LIKE JELLY..mY HEADS SPINNING LIKE MAD..i WANNA PUKE MY GUTS UP 2..HAHA! LATERS vILLAN!! u HAVE A FRIEND FOR LIFE HERE DUDE!
